Cell phones aren't necessarily ALLOWED in prisons but not only does this British prisoner have one, he has a smartphone with a snapchat account and either an unlimited data plan or a strong wifi!
Now, if this is a marketing plan by FOX to promote the return of their TV show "Prison Break" then it is the best fake out since Blair Witch. But something tells me that this is an actual prisoner snapchatting his entire prison escape!
