I remember several of my teachers at SJSU and at Foothill College having strict policies about cell phones in class but I've never had a professor flip out like this before.
Judging by the projection in the background, this appears to be an Econ class (notoriously mind numbing and boring) and no one in the room appeared to be enjoying themselves.
What started off as a typical confiscation turned out much, much MUCH worse for the student- and his phone!
