Ever have a splinter in your finger that you just can't get out? Then a few days/weeks later it finally decides to work it's way out of your skin?
The same kind of thing happened January 18, 2017 with rapper Trae Tha Truth. Instead of a splinter from a few days back it was a bullet for a shooting back in 2012!
